12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This Agreement has been made in and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with New York law without regard to the conflict of law provisions thereof, provided that any matters pertaining to The VisionLink Advisory Group shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of California. Any action to enforce this agreement shall be brought in the appropriate United States federal or local courts with jurisdiction in Orange County, California.

13. Privacy. Your use of the Web Site is subject to The VisionLink Advisory Group's Privacy Policy.

14. Severability of Provisions. These Terms of Use incorporate by reference any notices contained on the Web Site and the Privacy Policy.
