| At The VisionLink Advisory Group, we adopt a non-traditional approach to the design, implementation and communication of employee compensation strategies. We call this approach Strategic Performance Development. This concept is based on the premise that every compensation dollar represents an investment by the employer that should produce a return – one measured both in employee commitment and increased productivity. In addition, we believe that a compensation strategy must not only meet the needs of the employer but that it must also speak to the individual goals and dreams of the company workforce - particularly key employees.
