| VisionLink is a national organization made up of “member firms” that represent The VisionLink Advisory Group and its services. It is headquartered in Irvine, California and is composed of experienced individuals committed to delivering a quality service and singular experience to our clients. The firm is staffed by individuals with backgrounds and experience in compensation design, executive benefits, human resources, financial planning, law and accounting.
VisionLink’s team is divided into two basic parts: field associates called Strategic Advisors and a centralized Design Center. Strategic Advisors are process consultants that assist clients in identifying core objectives and priorities. They work in harmony with those clients and the technical experts in the Design Center in carrying out The VisionLink Solution™ --our signature process for strategy development. This structure is further reinforced by support functions that focus on the development of Rewards Reinforcement Strategies, Executive Wealth Builder analysis, document preparation, research and client service. |
