- Mindset has to do with the cultural impact of rewards strategies; how employees feel about their contribution to the company, whether there is unified financial vision for growing business, how committed the workforce seems to be, etc. Mindset primarily impacts the sense of clarity people have about their future with the company, the level of “partnership” they feel with ownership and ultimately the level of engagement they display in their work.
