Our team is made up of individuals with backgrounds and experience in a range of related disciplines including compensation design, human resources, executive benefits, law and finance.
Growth Strategy Team
Tom is the founder of The VisionLink Advisory Group. He has been consulting with businesses for over 30 years on a range of compensation and executive benefit issues. Tom is a frequent speaker with business groups throughout the country and has authored numerous articles on topics related to compensation, benefits and related issues. He is VisionLink’s chief strategist and innovator. Tom also conducts monthly webinar broadcasts to CEOs and corporate officers throughout the country.
Ken has been consulting with middle market private and public companies on executive compensation and benefits issues for over 30 years. In addition, he has authored numerous articles and white papers addressing compensation and rewards issues that modern businesses face. Ken also conducts monthly CPE training webinars for CPAs on compensation topics. His client work centers on the development of overall compensation strategy designed to enhance and improve shareholder value and workplace productivity.
Design Implementation Team
Robert has been working with businesses for over 27 years regarding compensation, benefit and executive financial planning issues. In addition to consulting with clients throughout the United States, Robert also manages VisionLink’s Design Center where our compensation plans are engineered. His focus and expertise relate to the development of incentive pay arrangements that align employee behavior with shareholder objectives.
Craig has been working with businesses and their executives in a consulting role for over 25 years. He currently serves as the lead consultant on many of VisionLink’s projects, specializing in long-term incentive plans and executive benefit programs. In addition, Craig also oversees funding analysis and implementation for the long-term incentive plans VisionLink designs for clients.
Joe Miller leads VisionLink's broad based compensation department. He has over 12 years experience in compensation design and administration. He has worked in compensation leadership roles within several national organizations in addition to his direct involvement with VisionLink clients. Joe provides clients with insight and direction relating to market pay comparisons, the development of internal pay grade structures, and linking pay decisions to performance. Joe eliminates the confusion and chaos associated with pay management.
Rewards Management Team
Rebecca manages the development and implementation of Rewards Reinforcement Strategies for VisionLink’s clients. In that role, she has developed key processes for the administration of long-term incentive plans, communication systems for corporate rewards strategies, and “line of sight” evaluations that measure the impact of VisionLink’s work for our clients. She has been working with corporate clients on these issues for over 20 years.
Lori is VisionLink’s staff attorney and also helps develop and manage VisionLink’s Rewards Reinforcement Strategies. She coordinates the production all documentation for the compensation plans we develop and manages ongoing compliance issues within the framework of VisionLink’s Rewards Management Plan. Lori also provides fiduciary management consulting for VisionLink’s qualified plan clients. Lori has over 17 years experience in this arena.
